What's so funny?

There are some really good comedies running right now, and I LOVE to laugh.

As you all know from my last article I've been watching How I Met Your Mother. Well one of my employees thinks that the Big Bang Theory is funnier, and I had only seen part of one episode. It was decent, but funnier then HIMYM...I don't think so. So she brought me in season one on DVD, I'm five episodes in now, and it is a pretty funny show.

I still don't think its funnier then HIMYM. I am looking forward to watching more of it (BBT), the characters are pretty decent, and I know it takes a good season or so to really get into sync with everyone on a show, but they're missing something...  Barney! I'm betting the show gets even better, they've been around a few seasons, but no matter what happens, they'll still be missing Barney. I am curious how long they can keep telling physics jokes

Yesterday seems like so long ago now, and so far I'm not having much luck being able to blog from my Kindle Fire, but last night I watched Good Will Hunting, and S1 e4-5 of Big Bang Theory.

It had been awhile since I've watched Good Will Hunting, I didn't remember them dropping the F-bomb quite so much, it got kind of tedious after awhile (the things you notice when you have kids around), but it is still a really good movie. I streamed it from Netflix.

If you haven't seen the movie before:
Will Hunting (Matt Damon) spends his days as a janitor at MIT, but the aimless young man is also a mathematical genius. So when his talents are discovered, a therapist (Robin Williams) helps Will confront the demons that have been holding him back. Damon and co-star Ben Affleck -- who appears in a small role as Will's best friend -- won an Oscar for their screenplay about friendship and risk in this uplifting drama from director Gus Van Sant.
Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are pretty good, and its fun to see them so young again. Robin Williams is awesome (of course).

Well, dinner and a movie is waiting, so I better wrap this up. You can use the Netflix link above if you have an account and watch the movie. Its also available from Amazon for streaming (rent), or you can pick it up on Blu-Ray/DVD. $10 for the Blu-ray + digital Copy isn't bad at all. You can also pick up S1 of Big Bang theory on DVD, or via rent or own the digital version through the Amazon Instant Video.
